Ron Tate (President/

Ron founded RG Tate & Associates, Inc., in October
1989, following a successful tenure with Century Development,
a Houston-based developer. During that tenure, Ron successfully
opened and operated the Austin office for Partners, and
built a reputation as an accomplished construction manager
and project specialist. As operations manager, Ron was
fully responsible for delivering a quality product, meeting
schedules and insuring client satisfaction. Ron’s commitment
to complete client satisfaction served as the foundation
for building many lasting client relationships, and it
was these relationships which are the cornerstone of RG
Tate & Associates, Inc. Ron specializes on construction
estimating with RGTI and project cost control on a wide
variety and size of commercial and healthcare projects. |
Jacquelyne Hayes-Tate
(Vice-President / Project Manager) |

Jacque brings a wealth of experience in commercial
real estate development to the team. Jacque graduated
from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business
degree in Real Estate Development and Petroleum Land
Management. Prior to joining the company in 1989 as a
key business officer, Jacque was involved in local real
estate development and facilities management. During
her tenure with RGTI, she is Project Manager for commercial
finish-out construction and is responsible for RGTI safety
programs. Jacque’s most gratifying project was to chair
a construction committee tasked with the goal to build
Holy Family Catholic School, a 300,000 square foot facility
with a budget over $6 million. |
Tom Hand
(Project Manager) |

Tom Hand joined the RGTI team bringing with him over
25 years of combined construction, construction management
and architectural design experience, including a strong
base in healthcare and commercial project management
including office, retail, industrial, clinics, labs,
staff, patient and public facilities. Tom’s impressive
resume includes design, construction and renovation of
numerous healthcare and commercial projects as large
as $40 million. Educational history includes studies
at Louisiana State University in mechanical, structural,
civil and acoustic engineering, architecture and construction
technology. Tom concentrates his abilities in commercial
and healthcare renovation as a team member of RGTI. |
Donald Kingsbury
(General Superintendent) |

Don joined the RGTI team in 1995 bringing with him
over 25 years of combined commercial and healthcare construction
and construction management including a strong focus
on project schedule control. Don has construction management
experience on ground-up projects as large as 500,000
square feet, but has specialized for twelve years remodeling
healthcare and commercial office projects of varying
sizes with RGTI. Don is by far one of the best superintendents
in the area and our customers will attest to this. |
Catherine
Lyon (Office Manager) |

Catherine orchestrates the office staff and plays an
important role so that the details are organized and managed
behind the scenes. Catherine has fine tuned the organization
in the many years she has been a team member at RGTI. |
